The first batch of Nigerians who fled war-torn Sudan arrived Nigeria
On Monday, the first group of Nigerians who fled from the war-torn region of Sudan arrived in Abuja. The evacuees were transported by both military jet and Air Peace, with a total of 376 individuals estimated to have been rescued.
The arrival of the evacuees marks a significant step in the ongoing efforts to provide aid and support to those affected by the conflict in Sudan. The Nigerian government has been working closely with international organizations to coordinate the evacuation process and ensure the safe return of its citizens.
